Would it be possible to let the dropdown menu be reordered somehow? If there are added railtypes, they are added underneeth monorail/maglev, and as this itself might be good enough, it might clutter the interface quite abit.
lets say i add speedlimits to the default rail and elrl labels, and furthermore add new types with similar texts, but different speedlimits (see: nutracks), then i would like to move maglev and monorail further down the list.

An approach might be that the ID i set to the Action0 decide what spot it should have, with 0x00 on top, and 0x0F on bottom.
