Trains seem to follow automatic orders instead of their real order.

In the savegame, station Tronninghall South has trains that do not full load although they have it in their orders.

Another weird behaviour is that the drop stations are added as the automatic order multiple times.

Especially weird is that when there is only 1 train in the station, it keeps waiting for the full load. But when the second train arrives, they both leave.

I did a bit of analysis (trunk, r21736).
The save game contains a ton of NewGRFs many of which are not downloadable from bananas, so I ran my tests without them.
Hopefully that does not influence the test. For a next time, please don't use NewGRFs, or if you must, use ones that are easily available.

The Tronninghall South station is in the middle of the screen, and it has 6 trains with shared orders, containing only this station.
The first train I saw acting 'weird' is 280. Both pngs are taken shortly after each other. p1.png shows 280 arriving. Everything seems fine. When it reaches the end of the station and stopped (notice the 0km/h), p2 is taken. At that moment, the order jumps to 1, and the train leaves again.

I have not seen the orders as on p1, but current order at 5. Removing an automatic order, and jumping to 1 seems to happen at the same time at the screen.

Edit: I also checked the eastern drop station at this time, it is empty.
