It's perhaps not so much a bug....anyway - it's funny - if I press CTRL+W or CTRL+Q and hold the keys pressed, although in the same position (and highlighted), there appear n windows about abandoning/closure of OpenTTD. n equals time keys are pressed down/window pop-up delay...

Perhaps one window would suffice, only being highlighted many times if keys pressed repeatedly/longer time.
