The track right in front of the station shows a glitch, depending on a certain combination of slopes on that particular tile: north and south rised, west and east water. This is happening only when the adjacent tile is a station tile. Exchanging that tile with a track tile removes the glitch, as well as rising either west or east or removing that other adjacent station tile (station building).
Is the station tile on the left using something fancy like custom foundations? (It seems to draw the grass tile, as it is on height of the tile, but the sprite is assigned to the wrong foundation.)
Is there some NewGRF with NewRailtypes present?
I cannot reproduce the issue using NewStations V0.42 05.09.05.

Ah yes. I forgot about. Yes, it uses custom foundations. And it seems to be the source of that glitch, the upper pic showing that the glitch is gone when "autosloping" those station tiles.
I´ve rebuilt the same layout in TTDPatch and I cannot reproduce any glitch there (lower pic).
Is there some NewGRF with NewRailtypes present?
No. Seems to be something wrong with the custom foundation implementation.
