Given the following case:
- a town with a drive through road stop built over a town road
- the player not having enough town rating to clear a road tile
In 1.0.1 you can't remove the road stop with dynamite, but get an error message that needs improvement. In trunk r19920 you can remove the road stop with dynamite including the road, which you couldn't remove if you removed the road stop from the tile first and then used the dynamite.
The root cause of seems to be that the road owner gets reset (for some reason) when building a drive through road stop. As such providing a savegame that reproduces this bug in both 1.0.1 and r19920 is impossible.
The regression part of this bug seems to stem from the drag-build road stops feature.
This might become problematic because of the fact that multiple tiles can be filled and they can all have different road/tram owners. Seems like the ground might be cleared before the building loop which would mean storing the owners so we can set the right owner later on.
