Hello there,

with the current implementation of NewGRF railroads, it's possible to "cheat" the actual rail cost.

The rail cost isn't taken in account when building station and the track is easily useable after removing the station with station removal tool (which leaves the actual rail).

However, I'm not really sure whether this is problem within the NewGRF or game code. I haven't got chance to talk with the developer (of NewGRF).
The NewGRF in question is NuTracks (r55 - nightly) and this problem can be easily observed on current # openttdcoop public server.

I'm attaching two screenshots, which should document this pretty well.
