The crash is not in openttd, but in xfire.

Is my assumption that you started OpenTTD from xfire correct?

If so, can you reproduce the error if starting from xfire? Also, can you reproduce it when you don't start it via xfire/when you disable/uninstall xfire?

xfire was active during the crash but I didn't start OpenTTD from xfire I started it with a shortcut

That shortcut doesn't (silently?) invoke OpenTTD from xfire or so?

Anyhow, the "stack trace" only shows functions from xfire and the crash was in an xfire .dll.

Given that it isn't crashing anywhere in our code or a piece of code called from our code, we can't debug nor fix it.
