The depot list says you have a depot at 0x9d1e, while the map array says you have one at 0xdd1e (0x4000 difference..most curious, 66 tiles further on the X axis...)

You could load all your old savegames going back one by one, and seeing if that particular depot is still valid. You can easily do that by just clicking on it.
Open the console (~ key, to the left of the 1, above TAB) and type 'scrollto 0xdd1e'. The view will scroll to that position with that particular depot in the middle. Now click on it. If the error exists, the game will crash.

Now find the last game that doesn't crash, let it run, and see if the problem happens again. If it does, attach the last-known-good savegame and the instructions (if any) to reproduce.

Otherwise there is nothing I can do to solve your problem because it's only a symptom of the real cause, yet unknonwn.

(Please stick to a single revision while testing (and tell us which one, 'yesterday's nightly' is NOT a valid version). If the problem does exhibit itself, try to see if it also happens in earlier nightlies, this will help us greatly to pinpoint the cause)

P.S. We have been unable to reproduce the aircraft cost problems, can you?
