Custom group names are misaligned with default ones when using rtl languages #3700

sbr opened the ticket and wrote:

In the group gui, default ('all' and 'ungrouped') and custom group names are left-padded by 8px.
When using a rtl language, default group names remains right-padded by 8px but custom group names aren't padded anymore.

Please find an attached patch against r19437.
