When the information popup (for town, industry etc) is already opened, another clik on the object will closed the popup.
Would be a nice addition because it's a little bored to click on the "cross" to close the popup.
I believe this is bad behaviour. If the popup is hidden below another window, closing it will seem to the player that nothing happened. The same kind of problem can happen when it is partly visible, for varying degrees of 'partly'.
Even a completely visible window is not a guarantee that the user is aware of its position. It may be at an unexpected position of his screen, hiding in a large number of opened industry windows.
When looking for a depot window with many opened depot windows at my screen (because I am in the process of restructuring my trains), I often click at the depot to make the window highlight its position. Closing it instead would be counter-productive.
