When taking off from a low altitude airport (savegame airport A and B), a plane does not reach it's maximum altitude.
If the next airport is a high altitude airport, the plane will land before the runway, starting to land at a low relative altitude (ex : flying from A to D).
The problem does not occur when airport are both at high altitude (C to D)
And when the airport use the amd flag "AMED_HOLD", the plane goes for an altitude of 150 relative to sea level, that's very low for mountain's airport (ex: airport C).
