When cloning a multi-engined train, (if: Amount of railway vehicles = Limit -1) the game will show an error; to many vehicles in game. But it will build a free engine! Selling it and repeating it can generate free money :)

Attached the save game of a multiplayer game, bug will occur, when playing company 7, and cloning a multi-engine train :) (For example wood train)
