When using one-way-path-signals, a train that ends up in the wrong direction keeps on waiting for a "clear path", but he never is gonna get it, because he is looking at the back of a one-way-signal! the train can turn immediatly.
See screenshot and savegame. In the savegame you can simulate it yourself by stopping 1 train and turning it around.
Flyspray clean up: more than 5 years old, and not obvious what should be done with this next, so closing. If this offends, discuss with andythenorth in irc. Thanks.
