Note: This also repros in 0.7.1
Windows Versions tested: Vista Ultimate, Windows 7.

Repro Steps:
1. Clear all your OpenTTD files from the computer. Download the 0.7.1 or 0.7.2-RC2 binaries and run them once to create the OpenTDD directory.
2. Add the attached file to your content_download\ai directory (%homepath%\Documents\OpenTTD\content_download\ai by default)
3. re-open opentdd.exe and click the "check online content" directory.

EXPECT: The list should populate and the user should be able to control downloads.
RESULT: At some point during or right after the list is popluated the program crashes with the message (from windows) "OpenTTD has stopped working".
