When starting video driver fails, game segfauls at various places (depends on driver)

Easy way to reproduce this is to set resolution = 10000000,10000000 in openttd.cfg

This applies at least to:
SDL, dedicated, null

allegro doesn't have this problem, it sets some default resolution instead
