I found this some time ago.. its very easy to do and can give you quite a boost at the start of multiplayer games;

First make a normal line from station A to B.. the longer the better, you only need to worry about the first train.
Then once at station B and you get paid immediately forward your train to station C before it unloads any more than the initial 20% at station B. station C should not accept the goods type. At station C unload your train and reload it with the same cargo. Then go back to B and you get 80% of full pay for your load again. Repeat until empty and you should have roughly quardouble the normal pay amount.
