Turning around in a dead end causes the vehicle to skip the 'go NON-STOP to nearest depot' order #2893

W_neun opened the ticket and wrote:

If a road vehicle turns around in a dead end when its current order is 'go non-stop to the nearest road vehicle depot', it skips to the next order. If the order is NOT non-stop, it works corectly. Turning around in an intersection tile dead end does not cause the bug either.
