ShowBuyCompanyDialog() was called from default.cpp before noai merge, so human singleplayer could take over bankrupt ai companies.

Currently the function is not called at all, so taking over bankrupt companies is not offered.

No idea what to do in multiplayer :) Offer any (also human) bankrupt company to every player, and the one who is fastest with accepting, gets it?

Before the NoAI merge the player (or AI) with the highest company rating got the offer first, then the next company (by company rating), etc. In multiplaye we'll need a timeout, but so will we when the offer is to another AI.
