In the case that an admin needs to respond quickly, having to search through the output of the 'clients' command just to get hold of the client's id is more counter productive than helpful (esp. now that the output can be pretty long - even a list of 'only' 30 clients is enough to search through)

this patch will mention the client's id in the join message on servers (dedicated and non-dedicated) and thus allow the admin to more quickly use commands which require the client id as an argument (e.g. kick, ban, say_client, move, client_name)
