dragging sign als reverts dragged entry, combo or exit signals into normal signal #2674

When you drag a block signal, it gets converted back into a normal signal. While having a sequence of entry, exit or combo signals mostly isn't desirable (so placing normal signals is ok IMO), changing the signal type of the signal which is being dragged is not desirable.
