Vehicles refuse to leave stations when they're not completely full and new cargo is arriving at the station during loading, even when no full-load order is given. This can make the vehicle wait for a very long time, until it is finally completely filled up.

I would like to request an option to make these vehicles leave as soon as the last available bit of cargo has loaded, ignoring any newly arrived cargo while this last bit is being loaded.

See attached patch which introduces an advanced setting under Stations -> Cargo handling.
