When changing production values in scenario editor, it multiplies given value by 8.

This makes it a bit unconvinient when you want to change prduction value to certain number.

Small sidenote:
Does production value has to be divisible with 8?
This task depends upon

Industries produce cargo more than once per month.
The production which you can define in the editbox is the amount of cargo the industry delivers each time the station is delivered.
This happens about every 3.5 days, which results in 8 or 9 times per month.

Still it is a bit confusing from players standpoint. If that is the reason then maybe it would be nice if it would show both (per production cycle) and monthly average. But I can see that it is not just a weird mishap in code.

Fixed by allowing the user to enter the value (multiplied by 8), which is then divided again afterwards.
Also added a bit of Doxygen comment.
