I have a train track laid over a road. The road was built by the town originally, and the rail track was laid by me. I want to delete the track pice to place an airport, however I get the error "Can't clear this area... ...owned by someone". I would like to be able to delete this tile so I can place my airport.

This error occurs even if the Magic Bulldozer cheat is on.

I have reproduced this on 0.6.2 and r14356 on OS X 10.5. The savegame was originally created using TTDPatch on TTD for Windows.

I forgot to mention which tile the problem occurs on. The tile is about 6 tiles west of "Little Flunninghall", there's a medium sized blank area to the east and south. The rail piece runs north-south, the road piece runs east-west.
