Compilation (r14151) is broken on my Mac OS-X 10.4 as a variable type Palette is declared which is also declared within the QD framework - part of the Mac developer tools. The attached patch fixes this by renaming the Palette type to Palettes.

Without change on the system, compilation of r14127 still worked.
