clean .cfg file (no grf and standard options, just modified the map creation options)
When an engine stops in the middle of a junction (ex the X of a roro station junction) the trains waiting at the red double way signal will start to reverse the direction
It doesn't happen if the engine isn't in the exact middle of the X

Reason for closing: Fixed

In r13806. The code was broken for non-diagonal tracks, too.
