Assertion fails when saving a TTD-imported game with running recession #2131

Lord opened the ticket and wrote:

When a savegame from TTD is loaded in OpenTTD (latest nightly r13678) and saved again as an OpenTTD savegame while the economy is in a recession phase (that is, the 16bit value at offset 0x76DD4 in the TTD savegame (see http://marcin.ttdpatch.net/sv1codec/TTD-locations.html) is below zero, e.g. 0xFFFF) the assertion in file saveload.cpp at line 503 fails and the game crashes. The attached TTD savegame is in such a state, just load it in OpenTTD and try to save it again.

BTW, this has nothing to do with SVXConverter, the savegame is an original TTD DOS savegame. Just in case you suspect otherwiese, Rubidium. ;-)
