When playing a scenario, I cannot demolish any of the existing bridges, and instead get the error message 'Can't clear this area...owned by someone.' I can't even demolish it with the magic bulldozer cheat. Attached is a scenario where you can test this out, although the bug seems to be present for all scenarios.
This happens to bridges that you build yourself in the scenario editor. It has OWNER_NONE and apparently we cannot demolish OWNER_NONE stuff. Still present in HEAD.
Question is:
- should the bridge belong to the nearest town when built by the user in the scenario editor
or
- should we be able to remove OWNER_NONE bridges (and tunnels)
Darkvater, how about merging both ideas, so that bridges and tunnels within local authorities will belong to the town, and other bridges (far away from the local authority) would be destroyable.
