Recently I felt in low in very spread stations. Before I realised that monorail is about to arrive, I was using rail 1x1 stations for spread-out. Then, I realized, that should I want to destroy the main station, all small stations would get destroyed as well. So I started migration of the 1x1 rail stations to bus stations. And here is the bummer!

After I put several stations 10-15 in the city, I have got message "Too many bus stops". Why is that, and how can I overcome the barrier?

Just try to build bus station next to the existing one (right in the center) in attached savegame.
