r12516

When clicking on any button that makes the "beep" sound, or indeed performing any action that produces a sound (placing tracks, bulldozing land etc), there is a very slight delay between clicking and hearing the corresponding sound.

I have no grfs loaded, and openttd.cfg is unchanged from the one that is automatically created on startup.

This behaviour is not present in r12486, so I am assuming one of the changes between these two revisions is causing the bug.

Attached are save games from each revision (though I can't see that they'd help much since r12486.sav opened in nightly r12516 produces the same results (and vice-versa)).

The bug is still present in the most recent nightly - r12639.

None of the revisions between those supplied do offer anything that could cause this, from a brief look.
Or... maybe not...

Does starting openttd like "openttd -s win32:bufsize=1024" solve the issue?
