Here's what happened:
My copper ore mill ran out of copper ore.
Its fuel oil stockpile became full (802,000 litres).
After the fuel oil stockpile became full, the mill stopped stockpiling copper ore, but the station would still accept it.
The mill also stopped stockpiling fuel oil, which is fine because the stockpile is full, but the station would still accept fuel oil. To my surprise, the New Frunnford power station that was outside the station coverage area started steaming. It turned out that the fuel oil the mill couldn't take was somehow being transferred to the power station. After a while, the train station stopped accepting fuel oil for unknown reasons and the power station shut down, leaving me with no place to unload my fuel oil, and no copper being produced at the mill, despite plenty of ore being unloaded.
This is on r12114. I saved the game before the bugs happened on my own patched revision of 12092 [the patch was for station sign transparency).
