Reported in r11557 but apparent in earlier versions. This is more like faulty behaviour than a bug.

Using Move Up and Move Down to move an item beyond the visible list means you have to manually scroll the window to keep track of the item. Ideally, the window should scroll automatically to keep the item visible.
