Using .0.4.7 through r4562M (Integrated Nightly), I've experienced an unusual behaviour with airplanes and bus transfers.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Set up two bus stations at different towns and an airport in the middle of nowhere with a bus station attached.
2) Route a bus with full load and (unload/transfer/leave empty) from each station to the airport
3) Set an airplane to full load at airport
4) Wait for busses to arrive.
5) Watch the plane cargo. When one bus arrives from one town, it will load into the plane with the "in transit from" still attached. When one bus arrives from the other town, any cargo that was in the plane from the first town will be cleared and replaced with the transfer from the 2nd town.
