Leviath.NL opened the ticket and wrote:

Using r11353 (not since, I have experienced this before) when loading many newgrfs sound will break, Blathijs said it is probably a buffer overflow somewhere. Tefab_ had the same problem, hopefully he'll also attach his openttd.cfg. He also got an segmentation fault after loading even more grf's, I can't confirm this.
