When you build new airport or another station and want to re-order or split vehicles to that new port/station, you have to open station' information window and click onto vehicle' binding button. That has to be done for both stations.
Then you got 4 windows open and need to re-arrange them across the screen (see screenshot).
Somewhat other buttons use to drop the bottom part from the main window, but the Binding List comes up separately and has to be manually dragged and linked to main window.
It would be much more comfortable to have it linked as other buttons do.

Furthermore, to move vehicles to the second station, one has to click onto them in the first list one-by-one, pop-up their individual windows , open routing windows for them, and manually re-order them.
This comes to a lot of windows open on the screen, which is hard to manage and takes a lot of mouse-clicks and map scrolling (if stations are too far from each other) to complete this simple job.

It would be usefull to implement drag-and-drop method, so one could just drag required vehicles from one list to another.

FE, if you want to split half of your planes, currently binded to "Boopsy Airport" to newly-built "Boopsy North", you open station information windows for both ports, drop-down vehicle binding lists, drag required planes from one list to another, and "Boopsy Airport" will be automatically replaced by "Boopsy North" in the orders of all dragged planes.

[Add-on on same issue]
When you want to move or split vehicles to another station, it typically comes not to one single type (planes, or trucks, or trains), but rather few types (usually I split planes along with buses and mailtrucks).
So, ss for now, you gotta pass same procedure few times, for each type of vehicles.

I suggest to move these 4 buttons of vehicle types from staion' information window directly to binding list and apply them as filters. So, if all 4 buttons pressed, the binding list will show all vehicles, if I want to see planes only - I'll switch off other types.
That's kinda a "single-point management". Comes to much less routine clicks to go with.

Besides, different types of vehicles usually share same cargo type (FE - planes, buses, trains and ships may be binded to same station to serve passengers); so its seems useful to have an ability to see them all in one joined list. And it would be even more useful to implement filtering or lining up by some properties (kinda cargo type, age and so on) to that list.

...To make it a little bit more clear:
I'm not really sure that changing these 4 vehicle type buttons from radio-switch (as it implemented now) to 4-buttons independent filter will give more comfort (from other side it may lead to more annoyng mouse clicks). Some people may complain.
But I'm certainly sure that it's much better to have them right in Binding list rather than in Station Information window (which is 1 level upper), where they currently are.
