pitt2 opened the ticket and wrote:

Steps to reproduce:

Build with cygwin (unknown if this is needed to reproduce)
disable build on slopes
build one square of road as shown in the "before" picture
drag out more road, starting from the same tile as the pre-built tile of road, and going to the bottom-right (no other direction gives this bug), making sure it goes over land sloped in the wrong direction.
release mouse button. Road builds, except on the invalid tiles, which are cleared anyway. This proceeds with no error message.
