Anonymous opened the ticket and wrote:

Select Danish name generator from settings, then exit ottd and restart it. When you look at the settings window you will see that swiss is selected instead of Danish.
Fix should be like that (settings.c line 1156):
SDT_OMANY(GameOptions, town_name, SLE_UINT8, 0, 0, 0, 17, "english|french|german|american|latin|silly|swedish|dutch|finnish|polish|slovakish|norwegian|hungarian|austrian|romanian|czech|swiss|danish", STR_NULL, NULL),
